Perform 4 rounds of Kettlebell Shoulder Presses, Kettlebell Upright Rows, Sandbag Front Squats, Sandbag Stiff Legs and Standing Long Jumps. This workout gets your shoulders, triceps, core, abs, butt, quads, hamstrings, calves, low back and hips.  Pretty full-body.
