What’s more functional than being able to carry heavy weight over long distances?  Why did our forefathers need to be strong?  How did they get strong? Elias Riskin, a member of the Trinity College men’s rowing team, takes 2 50-lb water jugs for a 7 minute ride.  A pretty incredible feat.
