Joe has participated in athletics and fitness his entire life. It’s his favorite part of every day.
He began his functional fitness journey in 2011 when he began training to be functionally strong- to run fast, jump high and be powerful- rather than just lie down on a bench and move weight up and down.
Joe fell in love with a style of training that was completely new to him: circuit training with functional exercise movements via the use of kettlebells, bodyweight, sandbags and a multitude of other fitness tools. Joe is a certified personal trainer through NASM.
Always a people person who enjoys interaction with and doing well by others, Joe began personal training in 2013.
