Joe has participated in athletics and fitness his entire life. It’s his favorite part of every day.
He began his functional fitness journey in 2010 when he began training with Trent Bender at his gym, The Pit, in Venice.
Joe fell in love with a style of training that was completely new to him: circuit training with functional exercise movements via the use of kettlebells, bodyweight, sandbags and a multitude of other fitness tools. Joe is a certified personal trainer through NASM.
Joe has a big study of and an acute focus on preventing and resolving pain through physical therapy. One must feel good to enjoy life and perform at a high level.
Joe’s clients and friends often describe him as down to earth and a good listener. He safely challenges clients, makes people feel comfortable and is easy to talk to.
Always a people person who enjoys interaction with and doing well by others, Joe began personal training in 2013.
