Squash The Muffin Top
Squash the muffin top and get that flat stomach you have been wanting.
We’re all guilty of adding weight during the winter months and with spring right around the corner it is time to lose that crap we have been carrying around the past couple months.
Here are my three rules to follow when getting rid of that weight around the stomach.
1. You first have to up the intensity of your workouts. The higher the intensity, the more calories you will burn during the workout and even after the workout, for up to 48 hours.
2. The second is train in a circuit style method. This lets you train more body parts.
3. Cut your rest time between rounds, this will increase your heart rate.
Try to do two hundred reps of a couple different ab exercises a day. You’ll build and tone muscle and knock off the pounds around your stomach.
