Get Your Kitchen In Order
I know that many of us think that we have our kitchen in order, but look at it closely and make sure. Making sure that our kitchens have the best and right food is the first step towards gaining control of building a better body and getting in the best shape. This may be tough for some of us but we have to do a little spring cleaning in our pantries and refrigerators by taking out the junk and putting in the right foods. We will be getting rid of the obstacles that make our building better bodies program fail. This will only make this program work more smoothly in the long run.
Remove all foods that contain the following: white flour, high fructose corn syrup, cereals, chips, dressings, dips, cookies, pastries, crackers and all processed foods. Restock with the following: skinless chicken, egg whites, lean ground meats, fish, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato, yams, vegetables, fruits, nuts, flax seed, chia seed, coconut oil, almond butter, beans such as kidney, red, pinto and black and light low-fat dressings. This gives you a good idea of what a clean pantry and refrigerator should look like.
