We all acquire bruises sooner or later if we’re active. If you are an athlete you probably get them all the time so here is a way to get rid of them faster and get you feeling better. When you first feel a bruise forming the first step is to add ice to it. Hold it on the target area for 10 to 15 minutes several times a day. This should be done for the first couple days. After the first couple days, begin adding heat to the target area. Heat will help dilate the blood vessels and bring circulation to the area. If you bruise easy try adding vitamin C like citrus fruits and leafy green vegetables to your diet. These foods can help reduce bruises.
