Tuna Salad Ingredients

Hey y’all.  I stumbled upon a delicious lunch today just throwing a hodgepodge of things together.  I knew I wanted tuna salad, but I need to spice it up with other ingredients to really enjoy it.  I took about 12 ounces of tuna in pouches (rather than a can; no draining required) and added the following all-organic ingredients to serve as lunch buddies: red grapes, yellow onion, celery, sunflower seeds, black pepper, tarragon and low-fat mayo.  It was super delicious.  The different textures and flavors were quite enjoyable.  See the mixed final product below try this out for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner.
