Antioxidant Smoothie

Here is what you will need to make a great shake full of antioxidants and refreshing. * Frozen Blueberries- high in dietary fiber, vitamin C, K, mineral manganese and potassium. * Banana- high in potassium and vitamin B6. * Flax Seed- high in essential omega-3 fatty acids, which help lubricate the joints and prevent absorption of toxins by stimulating digestion. * Greek Yogurt- 20 grams of protein. * Coconut Water- highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Place everything in a blender and in 1 minute enjoy!
