Double Kettlebell front squats 10-15 reps
Double Kettlebell deadlifts 10-15 reps
Double Kettlebell bent over rows 10-15 reps
Double Kettlebell shoulder press 10-15 reps
15 box jumps
* 4 rounds

1 cup coconut water
1 handful blueberries
1 banana
1 handful spinach
1 scoop of RAW PROTEIN from Garden of Life
