    I ‘v been wanting to place a rope in my back yard . How do I do that . I luvv the rope program and don’t always get to Golds to do it .

    Hey Jerome. You can mount the rope around a tree, a sturdy post of some sort (maybe involving your deck, a swing set or part of a lacrosse or soccer goal), or looped through a heavy kettlebell or dumbbell. This might be a good reason to go get a good kettlebell for yourself to add to your toolbox.

      One other note, Jerome. All major sporting good stores are carrying the ropes or go to performbetter.com- they have the ropes for a good price. Start with the 40 foot rope 1.5 thickness that is a great starter. We will have more rope videos coming soon to demo for you.
